It soothes skin irritation when used topically in a salve. When ingested in a tincture it has been known to aid in lowering A1C and detoxing the Liver. Its antifungal properties aid in killing 7 different fungi. The berries are poisonous so should never be ingested, but when dried and ground into a powder can be used topically to kill lice.
