Chakra’s are energy centers in our body where energy flows through, These energy centers are directly linked to our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual attributes. There are 7 Chakra’s in our bodies. They can become blocked or too open. When this happens, our being as a whole cannot balance. This can lead to illness and/or emotional blocks creating an unhealthy environment.
The THROAT Chakra is located at the .center of the neck and throat, It’s purpose is communication, self expression of feelings, and speaking the truth. It’s color is blue. When in balance you can be a good listener and communicator. You communicate clearly and speaks with confidence. You are creative and can freely express yourself.
Use the roll on if Throat Chakra is blocked or too open to bring you back to a state of balance and inner peace. Roll on at the center of the neck and throat, back of the neck and bottoms of feet. Then cup your hands over your nose and inhale.
