Chakra’s are energy centers in our body where energy flows through, These energy centers are directly linked to our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual attributes. There are 7 Chakra’s in our bodies. They can become blocked or too open. When this happens, our being as a whole cannot balance. This can lead to illness and/or emotional blocks creating an unhealthy environment.
The THIRD EYE Chakra is located in the middle of the forehead above the eyebrows. It’s purpose is intuition, imagination, wisdom, and the ability to think and make decisions. It’s color is Indigo. When in balance you are perceptive, imaginative, watchful, aware, wise, able to plan and carry out plans. You have a clam mind, and sleep well.
Use the roll on if your Third Eye Chakra is blocked or too open to bring you back to a state of balance and inner peace. Roll on the forehead, back of the neck and bottoms of feet. Then cup your hands over your nose and inhale.
