Chakra’s are energy centers in our body where energy flows through, These energy centers are directly linked to our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual attributes. There are 7 Chakra’s in our bodies. They can become blocked or too open. When this happens, our being as a whole cannot balance. This can lead to illness and/or emotional blocks creating an unhealthy environment.
The SACRAL Chakra is located slightly below the navel. It’s purpose is life, creation, and sexuality. It’s color is orange. When in balance you can have healthy creative expression, balanced hormones, the ability to experience pleasure and nurture ones self, healthy boundaries and generous giving.
Use the roll on if your Sacral Chakra is blocked or too open to bring you back to a state of balance and inner peace. Roll on slightly below the navel, back of the neck and bottoms of feet. Then cup your hands over your nose and inhale.
